Shopping information

Making a purchase on this website is an easy and safe procedure. Just click the 'Add to Basket' button alongside a product you wish to purchase. You can then proceed to the checkout, or else continue shopping for more items. At any time you can view or edit the contents of your basket, or go to the checkout: just click on the links in the 'Your session' menu at the top of the right-hand column of each page.

At the checkout, enter your name and address details, and then click the 'Go to Payment Page' button. This transfers you to the secure server of our payment partner, SecPay, where you enter your payment card details. You also have the opportunity to give a separate shipping address if you do not not want your goods delivered to the address registered to your payment card.

Click the 'Authorise' button to have your payment authorised by your bank. All communications between your computer and SecPay are encrypted, and your card number is never seen by TruLine.

You will receive an email confirming your order.

Volume discounts

We give discounts for volume orders. The discounted prices are listed within the product descriptions on the site. They are shown in your shopping basket and at the checkout.

VAT

Prices on this site exclude VAT at 17.5%, which is added at the checkout. A VAT receipt will accompany your goods on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the British mainland (excluding Northern Ireland). A flat rate delivery charge of £4.95 including VAT is added to all internet orders at the checkout. Delivery is by courier and normally takes 2-3 days. Deliveries are normally made between 8.30 am and 5.00p.m, Mondays to Fridays.

If goods are out of stock, or delivery is likely to be delayed for any other reason, we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date. If goods cannot be delivered within 21 days, you have the option of cancelling your order for a full refund.

Returns and refunds

If goods arrive incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for collection and replacement.

If you are a consumer, the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. You must tell us you wish to do this, and then return the goods to us (with their original packaging) at your own expense. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We will refund the cost of the goods (including our delivery charge) via your payment card.

Businesses and organisations who wish to return undamaged goods can only do so with our agreement, and we may make a restocking charge.

Privacy policy

We retain a copy of your email and postal address so we can notify you of the progress of your order. Afterwards, we may send you occasional messages about our products and services, and those of our associated companies. We will remove your addresses from our mailing list at your request. We will not give your addresses to any third party.
